Our Story

Founded in 2024 by the core data operations team of Flywheel under Omnicom Group, ReOrc brings over a decade of experience in building and scaling data solutions. 

Throughout our journey, we’ve seen a persistent pain point: business leaders still cannot fully harness the power of data, even with the surge of new tools and technologies. Insights often remain slow, fragmented, or locked behind technical teams, creating frustration and missed opportunities.

ReOrc exists to close that gap. We combine deep expertise in data foundations with AI-driven innovation to make data accessible, actionable, and trusted, empowering business stakeholders to move faster while enabling data teams to scale without bottlenecks.

Hoa Trinh

He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Data Analytics from Bournemouth University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling. He co-founded Datamart Solutions and later served as Chief Product Officer after its merger with Intrepid Group Asia, leading a regional team across six countries. Following Intrepid’s acquisition by Flywheel (Omnicom Group), he became the CPO of Flywheel SEA. Earlier in his career, he worked at Lazada and Techcombank, one of Vietnam’s leading private banks.

Viet Pham

Graduated with dual PhDs in Information Security and Economics from the University of London; formerly served as the Chief Data Scientist at Southeast Asian e-commerce giant Lazada, responsible for operations research, market forecasting, and fraud detection; co-founded and served as the Chief Architect at PowerSell, providing operational and analytical platforms for e-commerce merchants; possesses extensive experience in the field of computer technology, specializing in computer networks, data infrastructure, machine learning, and system security; has built distributed sensing and computing systems for nuclear physics research institutions such as CERN, the University of Helsinki, and the University of Rovaniemi; provides technical strategy and implementation advice to numerous enterprises. In his personal life, he is a conscious yoga practitioner and a pragmatic lifestyle enthusiast.

Tony Ren

Graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Formerly served as APAC CPO at Flywheel. Co-founder & CEO at Yimian Data. Worked at Tencent and the National Institute of Informatics in Tokyo. Engaged in big data system research and development for China Mobile (MBB) at Huawei Noah's Ark Lab in Hong Kong. Worked in the technology architecture group at QVOD, focusing on research and productization of image/face recognition and search technologies.

Chao Liu

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University. Co-founded Yimian Data, an AI-driven analytics company specializing in e-commerce and consumer insights, which was later acquired by Flywheel (Omnicom Group). As COO, he led product, operations, and business development teams, enabling leading consumer goods brands to harness advanced data platforms to optimize digital marketing, retail media, and online growth strategies.
