Frequently asked questions
Do I need an accounting practising licence?
Not to refer. Services are performed and signed by ReOrc's licensed practice; you bring and keep the client relationship. To operate on Practica (model 2) you do need to be licensed in your market, and we certify you per service line.
Does ReOrc refer clients to me?
Yes. For partners operating on Practica, when a client fits your market, industry or size, ReOrc refers them for you to serve directly. Revenue-sharing terms are agreed in writing from the start.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is based on each referred client's recurring revenue, agreed in writing before you start and reconciled on a regular schedule. Contact us for the detailed policy by service line.
Will my clients be taken from me?
No. Referral attribution is recorded in the system from day one and you can track every client's status on the portal. The programme's credibility rests on exactly this.
What if I still want to do the books for some clients myself?
Absolutely fine. Many partners keep their smaller self-served clients and pass the complex ones (FDI, audits, large payrolls) to ReOrc. You choose client by client.
