Enterprise AI Transformation

Put AI to work in your operations. Not in a chat window.

We build teams of AI agents that take real jobs inside your business, month-end, vendor onboarding, order handling, reporting, and we run them with you. Agents do the routine; your people review the exceptions and keep the final say. It is the operating model that closes our clients' books in seven days, brought into your operations.

The problem

Most companies have AI. Few have AI doing the work.

A licence for everyone is not a transformation. The work still runs the way it did, one person and one prompt at a time.

Prompts, not processes

Each person asks the tool in their own way. Nothing is repeatable, so the process never gets faster.

No one owns the output

An answer nobody checked is an answer nobody trusts, so the work gets redone by hand.

The know-how is in people's heads

How the work really gets done leaves with the person who did it.

Nothing to measure

Hours saved, errors avoided, adoption by team: without numbers, the programme stalls after the pilot.

Proven in our own back office

The operating model this service brings to you

Live numbers from the accounting practice we run on the same model. Agents do the volume; licensed people sign.

What we build for you

Four things every engagement delivers, whatever the process. Together they turn AI from a tool people use into work that gets done.

Agents with job descriptions

Each agent gets what a new hire gets: a role, a scope, the tools it may use and the person who reviews its work. It wakes when work arrives and does the routine end to end.

A written remit per agent: what it does, and what it never does alone
Connected to your systems: email, ERP, spreadsheets, chat, bank and e-invoice feeds
Triggered by events, not prompts: a new order, an invoice, a deadline
Named, so your team always knows who did what
The engagement

Four stages, one process at a time

We start where the hours are obvious and prove it before we widen the scope.

01

Map

Two weeks alongside your team: we shadow the work, count the hours and pick the first process worth an agent team.

02

Build

Job descriptions for the agents, the review desk, the playbooks and the connections to your tools. Your people are trained on the desk, not on new software.

03

Run

We operate the agents with you: weekly tuning, exceptions turned into rules, and the first monthly report.

04

Widen or hand over

Add the next process where the numbers say so. Keep us running it as a managed service, or take it in-house with the playbooks.

Where it fits

Processes that are ready for an agent team

Repetitive, rule-based, high-volume, and currently done by someone who has better things to do.

Finance and month-end

Invoice capture and matching, reconciliations and the board-pack draft, with the review desk owned by your finance lead.

Procurement and vendors

Vendor onboarding checks, three-way matching, approval routing and payment runs that wait for a signature.

Sales operations

Quotes from your price lists, order entry into your ERP, CRM hygiene and a pipeline report every Monday morning.

Customer operations

Returns, warranty claims and after-sales follow-up, with VelaCX on the front line and your rules behind it.

People operations

Onboarding paperwork, leave and expense handling, and policy questions answered from your own handbook.

Compliance and reporting

Filing calendars, regulatory watch and management reports assembled from the systems you already run.

A day in the life of an agent team

This is the model behind Practica, the platform that keeps the books for our clients: agents with real jobs, licensed people on the review desk, every action logged. AI Transformation brings it into your operations.

Why ReOrc

We run one ourselves

Our own accounting practice closes the books of ~140 SMEs on this model every month. We know what breaks, and what it takes to make it stick.

Built for accountable work

We are an audit practice. Approval gates, an audit journal and a person on every consequential decision are the default, not an add-on.

Works in your tools

Agents use your ERP, spreadsheets, email and chat. Your team learns the review desk, not a new system.

A service, not a licence

We build it, run it with you and report on it, for one fixed monthly fee. No per-seat pricing, no pilot that never ends.

How engagements start

Start where the hours are obvious

No company-wide programme. We pick one process where the hours are visible, run it with your team from the first week and let the monthly report decide what comes next.

Frequently asked questions

Why would an accounting firm run our AI transformation?

Because we did it to ourselves first. Our own practice runs on agents plus licensed people, on real books, every month. We know where automation breaks, how to keep a person accountable and what an audit-grade record looks like, and that is exactly what most AI programmes are missing.

Do we need new software?

No. Agents work inside the tools you already use: your ERP or accounting system, spreadsheets, email and chat. Your team learns one thing, the review desk, where exceptions and approvals land.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

Anything outside its rules goes to the review desk before it has an effect, and anything that moves money, sends or publishes waits for a person. If a mistake does slip through, the audit journal shows exactly what happened, and the correction becomes a rule so it does not repeat.

Who owns the agents, the rules and the data?

You do. The playbooks are written for your business and stay with you, and your data is isolated per client with role-based access. We never use it to train models for anyone else.

How do we know it is working?

Every month you get an operating report: hours returned per process, exception rate, cycle time and how each team is using the agents, plus our recommendation for the next process. If the numbers do not move, we say so.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee for the team of agents, the review desk and the reporting, scoped to the processes we run. No per-seat licences. The Map stage is priced on its own, so you can stop after it.
