Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, reorc.com, is operated by ReOrc ("ReOrc", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights. Questions can be sent to info@reorc.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you fill in a form: your name, work email, phone number if you provide it, company, country, role, the service you are interested in and your message.

We also collect limited technical data automatically through analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

3. Why we use it

We use form data to reply to your request, schedule a review or call, prepare a quote and, if you become a client or partner, to set up our engagement. We use analytics data to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and may be stored in the business tools we use to manage enquiries. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager under their own privacy terms. We do not share your data with other third parties unless required by law.

5. Client data

Accounting, payroll and other operational data that clients entrust to us is governed by the service agreement between the client and ReOrc, not by this website policy. Client data is isolated per client, protected by role-based access and an audit trail, and is never used to train models for anyone else.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it, by emailing info@reorc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the data-protection law that applies to you.

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Thank you for trusting ReOrc with your information.
