Frequently asked questions

Can ReOrc handle both market entry and accounting?

Yes. We are one point of contact: licensing and the capital account through our partners, then accounting, payroll and audit, all bilingual.

Do you provide English reporting for the parent company?

Yes. Our client portal and reports are bilingual, built for parent companies and foreign investors.

Are FDI companies required to be audited?

In most Southeast Asian markets, foreign-invested companies must have their annual financial statements independently audited. We perform it through our licensed audit practice, separated from bookkeeping.

What are the conditions for repatriating profits?

Typically audited financial statements, completed corporate tax finalisation, no accumulated losses and notice to the tax authority, with funds flowing through the registered capital account. We handle the entire procedure.

Do transactions with our parent company need to be declared?

Yes. Related-party transactions must be declared with your corporate tax finalisation, and depending on size you may need full transfer-pricing documentation. We prepare the declarations and coordinate specialist advice when needed.
