Investors want clean books and English reports

Burn rate, runway, P&L vs plan, in English, to regional fund standards, from the start. Translating by hand every month is not the answer.

Your entity structure shapes your fundraise

Holding company, operating company and ESOP have to be designed correctly so you don't redo them right before a round.

Don't let accounting stall the round

Due diligence uncovering messy books is one of the most common reasons deals drag on for weeks, or die.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide English reporting for investors?

Yes. Monthly English investor reporting covers burn rate, runway and P&L vs plan, ready to send to your investors.

Do we have to file if we have no revenue yet?

Yes. In most markets tax returns are due every period even at zero. Missing nil returns is the most common fine for young startups, and we file them for you.

What do we need to do when hiring our first employee?

A compliant labour contract, tax registration and social-insurance enrolment within the statutory window. Our HR and payroll service covers all of it.

How do we prepare for due diligence?

Investors check five things first: revenue that reconciles to bank statements and invoices, founder money kept separate from company money, runway recomputed from real cash, hidden tax and insurance liabilities, and bilingual reports. Our monthly close keeps all five ready, and a financial-statement review adds independent assurance before the round.

Does a startup need a holding-company structure?

If you're targeting markets beyond your home country or raising internationally, a regional holding plus local operating company plus ESOP structure usually fits. We advise on it and execute through partners.
